About This Role
- Design and develop AI agents capable of autonomous task execution within business workflows.
- Integrate and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers connecting enterprise APIs and semantic services.
- Develop semantic search and retrieval solutions leveraging RAG, enterprise ontologies, and enable AI-assisted operational workflows with actionable recommendations.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in AI development and related fields.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Generative AI, LLM Integration, MCP Protocol, LangChain/LangGraph, Vector Databases, and Prompt Engineering.
- Location: Noida / Gurgaon, Uttar Pradesh, India; must be able to work onsite as attendance may be required.
- Work Experience Required: 5-10 years in relevant AI domains.

- Experienced in building autonomous AI agents integrated into enterprise environments with API and protocol expertise.
- Proficient in semantic search technologies and enterprise ontology grounding for LLMs, indicating strong domain and technical specialization.
- Capable of architecting and enabling AI-driven workflow automation with a strategic focus on actionable insights and multi-agent systems.
