About This Role
- Manage day-to-day delivery of data and AI projects including planning, milestones, budgeting, risk and stakeholder management.
- Own agile ceremonies, steering meetings, backlog management, and coordinate UAT and knowledge transfer.
- Ensure delivery metrics tracking, including AI-assisted productivity measures, and bridge business needs with engineering teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years total experience with at least 5 years in delivering data platform, migration, or analytics projects.
- Minimum 2 years experience in business analysis or product ownership.
- Proven experience in agile and stage-gate delivery, RAID and change control, requirements analysis, backlog management, and stakeholder management.
- Working knowledge of SQL and cloud data concepts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Delivery Manager capable of handling complex data/cloud project delivery with cross-functional and remote teams.
- Strong skills in requirements capture, stakeholder management across multiple teams, and managing scope and change requests.
- Familiarity or interest in AI-assisted productivity tools and comfortable communicating with global clients across time zones.
