About This Role
- Define and establish agile operating models for multiple teams within Commercial Data & AI, including ceremonies, roles, and ways of working.
- Automate operational and delivery metrics reporting and coordination activities using AI and automation tools to improve delivery predictability and team health.
- Own Agile delivery governance and backlog quality, actively coaching teams, managing vendor delivery, and resolving impediments to meet sprint and delivery goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years experience as Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role with proven experience establishing agile operating models and automating delivery coordination.
- Advanced Jira proficiency and working knowledge of Confluence including workflows, dashboards, permissions, and documentation standards.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years; Experience working across US, India, and other global locations; Experience partnering with program managers and with vendor-supported delivery teams.

- Experienced in creating and harmonizing agile practices at scale across multiple teams and locations, especially within Commercial Data & AI or equivalent domains.
- Skilled in applying AI or automation tools to automate delivery reporting and coordination workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Proficient in managing vendor relationships and leading cross-functional global teams towards predictable agile delivery outcomes with strong coaching capability.
