About This Role
- Own end-to-end management and delivery of Offboarding processes for assigned country or group of countries, ensuring operational consistency and timeliness.
- Lead and develop the Offboarding team to maintain service quality, accountability, and adherence to risk and compliance standards.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and resolve operational or technical issues throughout the Offboarding lifecycle, including data accuracy and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
- Significant experience in HR or Shared Service Operations, preferably in financial services or banking.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams.
- Proficiency with Workday or equivalent HR IT systems and project management tools.
