About This Role
- Lead and manage end-to-end cross-category and cross-functional procurement programs to drive global productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and align procurement strategy with overall company strategy, converting strategies into measurable projects with clear objectives.
- Monitor and ensure compliance and risk management in procurement processes; improve procurement content and automation; participate in financial discussions and budgeting related to procurement.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years experience in a global procurement environment in a similar role.
- Experience with Procurement Operations, compliance processes (e.g., SOX, internal controls), and Procurement ERP tools (e.g., SAP).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, Qlik, and understanding of finance concepts including budgeting and operational finance.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years in procurement and related functions.
