About This Role
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure performance, events, and alerts to ensure system stability and prevent service disruptions.
- Validate and respond to incidents, execute preventive maintenance tasks, and support business continuity.
- Engage with customers to provide technical solutions, share best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above) and English, both written and verbal.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar IT or technical role, preferably involving client communication and negotiations.
- Proficient in IT systems including networks, hardware, software, troubleshooting, and hands-on technical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fields or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Windows and Linux Operating Systems and Batch Operations in an IT infrastructure environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving system issues.
- Comfortable managing client communications and building strong customer relationships in bilingual Japanese and English contexts.
