About This Role
- Architect, build, and maintain enterprise-grade interactive dashboards in Power BI ensuring consistent KPI definitions and improved user experience across sales, marketing, and finance.
- Automate reporting workflows using Python and integration with BI tools to reduce manual effort and scale reporting capabilities.
- Analyze complex datasets to deliver strategic insights, lead data-driven initiatives, mentor junior analysts, and implement AI-driven automation solutions including generative AI for finance applications.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, analytics, computer science engineering, or related quantitative field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles with leadership exposure.
- Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy), Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling), SQL, and experience building AI/ML models and deploying enterprise dashboards.
- Hybrid work location requirement in Pune office (Mondays and Tuesdays); minimal travel required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading cross-functional data initiatives and mentoring junior analysts within a mid-to-senior analytics role.
- Strong command of end-to-end data analytics pipeline including dashboard architecture, workflow automation, and AI/ML model deployment at enterprise scale.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid Pune office environment and able to engage in in-person interviews and collaborative sessions.
