About This Role
- Own end-to-end management of financial planning, reporting, and analysis including headcount planning and complete P&L for Bosch Service Solutions India.
- Provide actionable commercial insights and variance/root cause analysis on KPI deviations to support senior management decisions and business optimizations.
- Partner closely with Operations and other stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting, support business development activities like sales pricing, and drive process improvements in finance and operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in finance business partnering or controlling; prior Bosch controlling experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SAP; experience in building and developing internal financial reporting required.
- Work Location: Bengaluru, 360 Business Park, Neeladri Road EC-phase1.
