About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and technology projects within SPARK incubation, managing full lifecycle from concept to enterprise rollout.
- Manage multiple projects using Agile and structured delivery practices, including sprint planning, delivery tracking, and RAID management.
- Coordinate global cross-functional teams, ensuring governance, stakeholder communication, and successful handover including UAT and operational support.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 8-11 years of project/program management in software or technology delivery across full SDLC.
- Experience delivering AI/ML/Generative AI solutions with at least one production deployment.
- Strong Agile and hybrid delivery expertise with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing global, cross-functional teams without direct authority and handling multiple stakeholders and budgets simultaneously.
- Practical understanding of AI model evaluation, deployment, and monitoring within enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to drive AI/GenAI projects from prototype or pilot to production and familiarity with innovation labs and stage-gated delivery.
