About This Role
- Develop and manage Power BI dashboards and visual analytics to deliver financial and operational insights.
- Automate recurring financial and operational reports to improve efficiency and support reporting transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with FP&A teams and business stakeholders to consolidate data, support forecasting, variance analysis, and business reviews.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in FP&A, finance analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
- Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent in a relevant field.
- Advanced Power BI skills including data modeling and dashboard development; strong Excel and Power Query skills.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and reporting automation/process improvement initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in FP&A with strong financial planning and analysis capability and reporting transformation exposure.
- Technically proficient with Power BI and automation tools, with a track record of delivering self-service reporting solutions.
- Capable of partnering effectively with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable analytic solutions.
