About This Role
- Act as primary client contact managing day-to-day accounting operations and service delivery.
- Lead and develop offshore teams handling cash, general ledger, fixed asset accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reports.
- Oversee client onboarding, team performance, recruitment collaboration, and coordinate with US-based teams to meet deliverables and deadlines.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years in accounting or finance with demonstrated management and leadership experience.
- Certified in multiple accounting software such as QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Xero, or Intacct.
- Professional certification required: Chartered Accountant or CPA or CMA license.
