About This Role
- Maintain and monitor operational pipeline capacity and data quality to ensure efficient team workflow.
- Manage day-to-day team operations including staffing, prioritization, and quality control of outcomes.
- Own customer request management and performance reporting, escalating issues to Engineering and Product teams as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in product operations, customer success, or a technical customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS company.
- Strong communication skills for clear and concise information delivery.
- Proven ownership in identifying problems and implementing solutions.
- Familiarity with AI tools to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
