About This Role
- Manage and maintain operational data, dashboards, and reports for Medical Operations and MedEx portfolio to enhance transparency and decision-making.
- Analyze trends and performance metrics to provide actionable insights, support capacity planning, and improve execution speed globally.
- Identify and implement process improvements including automation and AI-enabled tools to streamline reporting and workflows while ensuring compliance and data quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience in operations, analytics, PMO, or business process roles; experience in regulated industry preferred.
- Degree in analytics, business, engineering, life sciences, or related field.
- Proficiency in data modeling and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau), advanced Excel, SQL, and workflow/automation platforms.
- Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt, CAPM, or analytics certification preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced working with complex global datasets and multiple stakeholders in regulated environments, driving operational improvements in Medical or Life Sciences domains.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing dependencies without direct reports, emphasizing data quality and compliance.
- Capable of leveraging digital and AI tools for automation to enhance operational transparency and efficiency in a fast-paced, global setting.
