About This Role
- Lead discovery sessions with clinical and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and map healthcare workflows.
- Translate complex healthcare needs into clear business requirement documents, user stories, process diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
- Support implementation and user validation including business validation, user acceptance testing, and adoption evaluation.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years of business analysis experience, including at least 4 years in healthcare projects or products.
- Strong understanding of healthcare terminology, clinical and operational processes, and healthcare IT standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
- Proficiency with Agile delivery frameworks and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Location: Hyderabad, India / Hybrid.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end healthcare workflows covering patient registration, EHR/EMR, diagnostics, billing, or care coordination.
- Capable of handling complex, ambiguous healthcare requirements and validating assumptions with subject matter experts.
- Skilled in detailed process modeling, stakeholder management, and data analysis using SQL and spreadsheets.
