About This Role
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for banking APIs, integrations, and core banking systems.
- Serve as liaison between business users and technical teams ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Support Agile processes including defining user stories, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and validating UAT outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking or financial services.
- In-depth knowledge of core banking systems such as Finacle, TCS BaNCS, or Temenos.
- Experience with banking APIs, including RESTful APIs and standards like JSON, XML, and OpenAPI/Swagger.
- Must be available to work onsite in Pune.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile and DevOps environments with hands-on use of tools like JIRA, Confluence, Postman, and Swagger.
- Proficient in collaborating with solution architects and developers to design API-based solutions.
- Strong domain expertise in banking, especially core banking and digital transformation initiatives.
