About This Role
- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities for complex, cross-functional technology initiatives including requirements elicitation, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution validation.
- Own project planning and management tasks such as developing schedules, tracking milestones, managing risks, and monitoring delivery progress with financial tracking and reporting.
- Serve as primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership by facilitating Agile ceremonies, preparing executive presentations, and supporting change management and post-launch stabilization.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience Required: Extensive experience as Lead Business Analyst, Senior Business Systems Analyst, or similar role in complex technology or business transformation projects.
- Proficiency in Agile and Scrum practices with practical experience managing backlogs and delivery using Jira.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills for project planning, financial tracking, and executive reporting.

- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities and complex stakeholder environments including executive leadership and third-party partners.
- Experienced in applying project management methodologies across the entire project lifecycle, including risk and financial management.
- Strong ability to translate strategic business objectives into actionable requirements and measurable outcomes within Agile delivery frameworks.
