About This Role
- Execute and deliver operational risk management solutions using Diligent Operational Risk Management products.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of services fulfilling customer requests and maintain standard operating procedures for these processes.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and global implementation teams to provide technical guidance and enhance product value for customers.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5 years experience in a client-facing or consulting role involving compliance, vendor management, information security, or risk management.
- Ability to engage customers effectively to resolve compliance and risk-related issues.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Undergraduate degree in relevant fields like Business Administration, Compliance Management, Legal & Ethics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Security or MIS is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in delivering GRC or operational risk management solutions in client-facing roles with strong domain knowledge.
- Comfortable managing customer requests and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment with teamwork orientation.
- Familiarity with GRC platforms, analytics tools, or platform-based products is advantageous.
