About This Role
- Develop, maintain, and scale database solutions ensuring system performance, availability, and security.
- Perform database design tasks including schema changes, stored procedure development, indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Manage database health, backups, failover procedures, automate maintenance tasks, and support incident response and root cause analysis.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in database engineering or administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash), and data management tools.
- Experience with database performance tuning, monitoring, recovery, and familiarity with relational and NoSQL platforms (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).

- Experienced working collaboratively across development, DevOps, and product teams to align database design with application needs.
- Strong technical skills in optimizing and automating database operations to support a cloud-native, AI-driven platform.
