About This Role
- Lead and manage multiple teams of software and data engineers focused on Corporate Accounting Data applications, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Own adherence to platform architecture and security, drive resolution of technology roadblocks, and manage overall software development lifecycle.
- Partner with product managers and stakeholders to influence technology strategy, support agile and DevOps practices, and oversee resource allocation, including hiring and performance management.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience including data engineering at enterprise scale.
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience, with 7+ years leading engineering teams or managers preferred.
- Experience required in data technologies (Spark, Kafka, Airflow), data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift), programming (Java, Python, SQL), and cloud platforms (Azure or GCP) with security controls.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years in software engineering, including data engineering; 3+ years leadership experience.
