About This Role
- Lead and manage a team responsible for processing securities and derivatives transactions, ensuring seamless delivery from trading desks and branches.
- Develop and implement procedures and techniques to improve team productivity and meet performance goals.
- Serve as an expert and escalation point for settlement issues, control gaps, and risk mitigation, advising staff and escalating critical issues to senior management.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in securities transactions processing and people management.
- Mandatory licensing: Series 7, Series 9, Series 10, Series 63.
- In-depth knowledge of settlement cycle concepts and procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management in securities settlement.
