About This Role
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of market-data vendors for MSIM teams, coordinating intake, setup, risk, contracts, and technology handoffs.
- Maintain accurate onboarding records, process documentation, and management reporting to track volumes, status, and issues for continuous improvement.
- Provide day-to-day support on vendor requests, prepare for vendor business reviews, and support operational cleanup activities related to market data processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant investment management experience.
- Knowledge of market data types such as pricing, financials, estimates, indices, ESG.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

- Experience working closely with investment management teams and market data vendors within a large financial services environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional coordination involving vendors, risk, contracts, and technology partners.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with detail orientation, able to manage multiple stakeholder communications and escalations effectively.
