About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale multimodal AI annotation projects managing scope, resources, timelines, budgets, and quality.
- Serve as primary client contact managing stakeholder communications and project risks with corrective actions.
- Mentor Team Leads, partner with Quality Managers, monitor throughput, accuracy, turnaround time, and scale teams/processes as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience including 4+ years in team leadership.
- Experience managing complex, high-volume projects, preferably in annotation, data labeling, AI training, RLHF, SFT, or model evaluation.
- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Work location: Remote (India; Brazil; British Columbia, Canada); Work schedule: 7am-4pm PST, 5 days/week including weekends with two weekdays off; Duration: 16 weeks contract.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing high-volume AI data annotation or model evaluation projects under tight delivery timelines (often 24 hours).
- Comfortable making quick, data-driven decisions using performance metrics to meet quality and throughput goals.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor team leads and coordinate cross-functional teams including Quality Managers.
