About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex AI, data engineering, and cloud projects including scope, schedule, budget, and quality control from RFP through final delivery.
- Manage financial aspects by tracking budgets, forecasting, and communicating variances to stakeholders for multi-million dollar projects.
- Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholder alignment by conducting requirements workshops, translating business needs into technical stories, and optimizing resource allocation.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of delivery, program, or project management experience in consulting, technology, or product scale environments.
- Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar projects with complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Proficiency with project management and tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheets.
- Technical knowledge required: understanding of data engineering (Python, SQL, ETL/ELT), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and familiarity with AI/ML concepts and data analytics stacks (Snowflake, Databricks).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing high-impact AI and data engineering projects involving cloud technologies and emerging AI/ML trends including Gen AI and LLMs.
- Capable of engaging with technical teams and C-suite executives, translating complex technical details into business outcomes with strategic and operational rigor.
- Able to lead in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments balancing startup agility with enterprise discipline while maintaining ownership and accountability.
