About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of Teamcenter PLM projects including implementation, upgrades, migrations, rollouts, and ongoing support, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule adherence.
- Manage customer and stakeholder engagements as primary point of contact, translating requirements into project plans and resolving issues to maintain satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor global onsite-offshore teams, provide technical oversight on Teamcenter solutions, enforce quality standards, and drive risk mitigation and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-15 years of experience in PLM/Teamcenter, including 5-8 years in project management roles.
- Hands-on expertise with Teamcenter Rich Application Client (RAC) and Active Workspace Client (AWC).
- Experience managing global onsite-offshore delivery teams and customer-facing roles.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies within PLM/Teamcenter environments.
- Proven ability to translate complex customer requirements into actionable project plans and governance deliverables.
- Skilled in mentoring technical teams and participating in business development activities such as proposal preparation and solution workshops.
