About This Role
- Own facilitation of Agile ceremonies and coordination of delivery across multiple pods, including Scrum of Scrums and cross-team dependencies.
- Coach Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams on Scrum practices, backlog management, and continuous improvement to enhance delivery effectiveness.
- Track sprint and delivery metrics, maintain Scrum artifacts, build dashboards for stakeholder communication, and remove impediments to support end-to-end delivery in hybrid and distributed teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience as a Scrum Master or similar Agile role working in a pod model and facilitating collaboration across multiple pods.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum and scaled Agile frameworks like SAFe.
- Proficient with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Azure DevOps, Rally, and experience building delivery dashboards.
- Bachelor's degree in BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. Computer Science or equivalent from an accredited university.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex scaled Agile environments and hybrid distributed teams at scale in business-critical settings.
- Operationally strong with ability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile/Lean delivery and Scrum best practices to improve productivity and transparency.
- Hands-on with delivery tracking using flow metrics, OKRs, KPIs, and capable of supporting AI-enabled engineering tool adoption for continuous improvement.
