About This Role
- Develop and implement conversational flows in major Conversational AI platforms (e.g., Cognigy, Yellow.AI, Kore.AI, Lex, Luis, Google Dialogflow, IBM Watson).
- Lead API integrations, handle complex logic, optimize code, and perform impact analysis using Node.js or Python.
- Collaborate in Agile teams, define data metrics for chatbot performance, and support iterative NLU/NLP design improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of relevant software development experience.
- Certification required in at least one Conversational AI platform (e.g., Cognigy, Yellow.AI, Kore.AI, Lex, Luis, Google Dialogflow, IBM Watson).
- Proficient in Node.js or Python programming for API integrations and complex logic handling.
- Must be willing to work 2 pm to 11 pm IST shift.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with Agile software development and tools like JIRA for iterative delivery.
- Strong analytical skills in troubleshooting complex technical issues related to Conversational AI.
- Comfortable collaborating across business, product, and engineering teams to drive AI application lifecycle and improvements.
