About This Role
- Manage all aspects of SAP projects including planning, budgeting, risk and issue management, resource coordination, vendor management, and executive reporting.
- Oversee productivity, progress, and performance of cross-functional teams across multiple time zones within SAP rollout methodologies.
- Facilitate large-scale meetings/workshops, ensure delivery of project lifecycle milestones, and execute cut-over to production support plans.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7 years total experience with at least 3+ years managing SAP projects including full lifecycle SAP project implementation as PM or functional lead.
- Must have SAP project experience and ability to follow SAP rollout project methodologies.
- Strong communication and reporting skills in English; ability to create/manage project financial plans and functional design specifications.
- Location: Bangalore, India; Travel Required: Less than 10%; Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading medium to large-scale cross-functional SAP initiatives with strong project financial and resource management skills.
- Comfortable working on global complex projects with multiple time zones and coordinating cross-organizational stakeholders including vendors and business units.
- Proven ability to facilitate group discussions on business process design, manage risks, and apply SDLC in project execution with knowledge of agile and waterfall models.
