About This Role
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive Agile delivery execution across POD-based delivery teams.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Scrum, Agile best practices, and scaled Agile frameworks like SAFe.
- Remove impediments, manage dependencies, track sprint metrics, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of products.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years experience as Scrum Master or similar Agile delivery role supporting POD-based and Scrum of Scrums environments.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Jira Align, Azure DevOps, Rally) and software development lifecycle processes.
- Degree in Engineering, MCA, or MSc Computer Science from accredited university.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in scaled Agile frameworks (including SAFe) and enterprise-scale delivery environments.
- Skilled in coaching Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams on Agile and Lean delivery practices.
- Capable of managing delivery risks, dependencies, and using metrics/KPIs to improve team performance and delivery flow.
