About This Role
- Develop and implement statistical methods and sampling strategies to measure and improve Map and Location quality.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in statistical and experimental design for map and location quality testing processes.
- Design and build scalable data and computing tools to analyze map quality data and communicate insights to cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree required in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Quality Management Systems, or related field.
- 0.5–3 years of relevant professional experience in data science or related analytical roles.
- Proficiency in statistical sampling methods, experimental design, and programming languages such as Python, R, SAS, or Matlab; working knowledge of SQL.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working on data-driven quality measurement or improvement projects, preferably related to mapping or location data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to data analysis and experimental design.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
