About This Role
- Own end-to-end engineering projects including requirements gathering, technical design, development, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing improvement.
- Design, develop, and critically review internal applications focusing on code quality, scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
- Drive DevOps and cloud engineering initiatives, including CI/CD, containerization, infrastructure automation, and build AI/GenAI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG, and vector databases.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience designing and delivering scalable, production-grade software.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps and cloud technologies such as Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, and cloud deployments.
- Experience building AI/GenAI applications, including practical knowledge of LLMs, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and AI APIs.
- Work Experience Required: 6+ years

- Strong hands-on engineer capable of independently driving complex projects from design through production with minimal supervision.
- Experienced in multi-disciplinary roles combining software development, cloud/DevOps, and AI/GenAI application building.
- Skilled in critical evaluation and improvement of existing software systems, with leadership in mentoring and adopting emerging technologies.
