About This Role
- Own initial collection, review, and quality assurance of sustainability data, coordinating with multiple stakeholders for completeness and accuracy.
- Analyze large sustainability datasets (energy, water, emissions, certifications) using MS Excel, Alteryx, and SQL; identify gaps and ensure data integrity.
- Maintain and enhance interactive dashboards and reports for stakeholder self-service analytics and decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, environmental science, sustainability, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, and data visualization.
- Proficiency with MS Excel (large datasets, QA/QC), Alteryx or similar analytics tools, SQL querying, and dashboard tools (PowerBI, Tableau, or Sigma).
- Work Experience Required: 3-5 years in relevant analytics and visualization roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced working with sustainability data and frameworks (e.g., GHG inventory, GRESB, IPCC, GHG Protocol) linked to real estate sectors.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable data insights and visualizations, supporting multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and capable of collaborating across diverse stakeholders and global teams.
