About This Role
- Lead the design, delivery, and enhancement of ServiceNow ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB solutions across complex enterprise environments.
- Oversee technical delivery including configuration, scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies), integration setup, and workflow design.
- Manage code quality, support development teams, collaborate with project managers on solution finalization, and aid transition during discovery phases.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-13 years of professional experience required, with 6-7 years in ServiceNow ITAM/ITOM/CMDB implementations.
- At least 5 years of ServiceNow team lead and people management experience.
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator certification is mandatory.
- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, REST/SOAP; hands-on experience with ITAM products (Hardware & Software Asset Management), ITOM products (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management), CMDB management and CSDM knowledge; Bachelor’s Degree.

- Proficient in configuring MID Servers and integrating with various network devices for automated asset discovery.
- Capable of managing and optimizing ServiceNow implementations, ensuring code quality, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to meet delivery timelines.
