About This Role
- Lead the design and execution of Verification & Validation (V&V) strategy, test architecture, and automation frameworks to ensure compliant, high-quality software product delivery.
- Provide technical leadership across new product development, sustaining engineering, and field issue resolution, including oversight of test planning, execution, and approval for key V&V deliverables.
- Drive adoption of automation, TDD/BDD, CI/CD, and quality best practices while mentoring V&V engineers and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to mitigate risks and influence technical decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in Software Verification & Validation (V&V), with 3-5+ years in test lead or technical leadership roles especially in Medical Device or highly regulated industries.
- Technical expertise in test automation tools and frameworks including Python, Selenium, TDD/BDD, CI/CD, and Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Proven experience delivering compliant software products under FDA, IEC, ISO, and other regulatory standards.
- Work Experience Required: 10-15 years (3-5+ years in leadership)
