About This Role
- Design, build, and ship reusable AI-first engineering components, automation, and cross-product accelerators to improve operational stability and engineering consistency for AIS products.
- Lead AI-assisted software delivery including use of AI agents for code generation, testing, documentation, and diagnostics, ensuring quality, security, and compliance.
- Drive engineering standardization, reduce duplicated work, and mentor engineers to adopt enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development practices and modern SDLC tools.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Advanced proficiency in Java and Python including system design, application development, testing, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code.
- Experience with React for responsive front-end development and practical cloud-native experience.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years applied experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading AI-assisted software engineering workflows with strong understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, and security in regulated environments.
- Skilled in cross-product engineering or developing horizontal capabilities and reusable platforms at scale.
- Familiar with agile methodologies, automation, cloud-native development, and mentoring engineers on AI-assisted delivery best practices.
