About This Role
- Design, develop, modify, and validate embedded and cloud edge software, applications, and specialized utility programs.
- Lead design, coding, unit testing, debugging, and integration efforts ensuring project adherence to specifications and schedules.
- Perform complex code reviews, regression testing, issue triage and fixes, and collaborate with hardware, systems, and test engineers to ensure system-level software solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 4+ years of software engineering work experience; OR Master's degree with 3+ years; OR PhD with 2+ years.
- 2+ years of experience in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
- Work Experience Required: 2+ years in relevant software engineering roles.
- Preferred but not mandatory: experience with database management software, APIs, and version/source code management tools like Git or Perforce.

- Experience leading independent software development with minimal supervision and providing guidance to team members.
- Ability to analyze user needs, software requirements, and constraints to design and customize efficient software solutions for large-scale products and systems.
- Experience in complex problem-solving, planning, prioritization, and influencing organizational decisions beyond immediate workgroup.
