About This Role
- Perform hands-on Workday configuration focusing on Core HCM Business Processes, Security, Recruiting, and Talent modules.
- Manage Workday integrations including executing EIB loads and monitoring upstream/downstream integrations.
- Handle inbox ticket management using JIRA or ServiceNow and create/manage Stories and tasks in JIRA.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday configuration, including Core HCM Business Process, Security, and Recruiting/Talent modules.
- Experience executing EIB loads and developing Workday custom and standard reports.
- Experience with inbox ticket management tools such as JIRA or ServiceNow and JIRA story/task management.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Workday configuration and related tasks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of Workday's no-code configuration model suited for business process automation.
- Experience collaborating with Product Owners and Business Systems Analysts in an Agile environment.
- Familiarity with stakeholder management in IT and HR business domains and preferably holding Workday certifications.
