About This Role
- Manage the complete software lifecycle for Android integration on Qualcomm platforms, from concept to end-of-life.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration as the main liaison between internal Linux teams and external stakeholders.
- Drive the design, implementation, debugging, and integration of Android system-level features and forward-looking functionalities on embedded devices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 6+ years relevant experience.
- Minimum 2+ years experience in programming with C, C++, Java, Python and proficiency in scripting (Shell, Python).
- Expertise in Android build systems, integration, release management, AOSP and open-source tools.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in Android system-level environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing full software product lifecycle with emphasis on embedded Android platforms.
- Strong operational familiarity with Android build/integration tools and Linux environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end Android product integration and collaborate effectively across internal and external teams.
