About This Role
- Develop and execute test plans and production test programs for SoC devices using Advantest V93K SMT8 ATE platforms.
- Analyze test data with statistical tools to optimize test coverage, yield, and test time, supporting yield improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with design, product engineering, and cross-functional teams on test failure investigation, load board design validation, and documentation maintenance.
Minimum Requirements
- B.Tech/M.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 5-8 years of experience in Semiconductor Product/Test Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Advantest V93K SMT8 or similar ATE platforms.
- Proficiency in C++ and/or Java programming.

- Experienced in semiconductor testing, characterization, and manufacturing test flows with a strong focus on statistical data evaluation and yield optimization.
- Capable of working closely with cross-functional teams on technical problem-solving, including load board design and debugging.
- Skilled in developing automated test solutions and maintaining test documentation throughout product lifecycle.
