About This Role
- Lead development of machine learning models and AI applications addressing complex banking problems.
- Build, train, deploy ML models and APIs for both cloud and on-prem environments, including NLP and LLM-based solutions.
- Drive data analysis and exploratory data analysis (EDA) to generate insights impacting the bank's economic ecosystem and financial services in India.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, or relevant field.
- 11+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst.
- Strong skills in Python programming and cloud-based ML deployment (preferably Azure).
- Experience with NLP techniques, LLMs (OpenAI APIs, LLAMA2, FLAN T5), LangChain framework, FastAPI, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior data scientist with deep expertise in ML engineering and experience in building scalable ML applications for banking or financial services.
- Proficient in managing end-to-end machine learning workflows including deployment via cloud and on-prem, with a strong foundation in NLP and LLM technologies.
- Experienced in applying data science and AI to solve complex business problems with measurable impact on organizational growth in the financial domain.
