About This Role
- Provide technical leadership and operational ownership of Siemens Teamcenter PLM platform ensuring stability, performance, security, and continuous improvement.
- Lead Teamcenter administration, upgrades, deployments, and platform enhancements across development, test, and production environments.
- Drive collaboration with cloud, infrastructure, database, security, and application teams to enhance platform reliability and support integrations with engineering applications.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience administering Siemens Teamcenter.
- At least 5 years supporting Teamcenter integrations with NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, T4S, or similar enterprise applications.
- Minimum 2 years experience in database administration, systems analysis, or IT management; also 2 years supporting AWS infrastructure and cloud-hosted applications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep expertise in Siemens Teamcenter administration, architecture, and advanced components like Active Workspace, BMIDE, RAC, and Workflow.
- Experience with AWS cloud architecture, migrations, and modernization initiatives aligned with PLM systems.
- Proven ability to lead global PLM implementations and support teams, including mentoring and operational leadership in a complex, multi-team environment.
