About This Role
- Design, build, test, and support full-stack applications primarily using Ruby on Rails and React.
- Develop and maintain backend services, REST APIs, frontend apps, and support production environments including troubleshooting and deployments.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and technical partners to deliver reliable software and improve engineering practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and React.
- Experience with REST APIs, SQL, automated testing, Git, and production support.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in software engineering.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and maintaining full-stack web applications with Ruby on Rails backend and React frontend.
- Capable of end-to-end ownership from design through production support in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Preferably has familiarity with healthcare technology and interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7, or EHR/EMR systems but not mandatory.
