About This Role
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack software with a primary focus on Ruby on Rails backend services and React frontend applications.
- Build and consume REST APIs, manage relational databases, and work with messaging technologies like Kafka for integration workflows.
- Participate in troubleshooting, production support, code reviews, technical design discussions, and maintain technical documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–5 years professional software engineering experience or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and frontend development using React, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript.
- Experience building or consuming REST APIs and working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices; ability to troubleshoot applications and work independently on well-defined technical tasks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full-stack engineer comfortable working across backend, frontend, APIs, and databases with independent feature ownership.
- Familiar or interested in healthcare technology and relevant standards such as FHIR, HL7v2, and healthcare integration engines (preferred but not mandatory).
- Open to working in a hybrid Hyderabad location and adapting to AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering workflow.
