About This Role
- Design and develop scalable Amazon Connect IVR systems and backend services using AWS Lambda, APIs, and DynamoDB to automate telephony workflows.
- Create reusable components and automation frameworks for telephony and integrate Amazon Connect with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Act as escalation point for complex issues focusing on root cause elimination and mentor Engineer II resources to enforce engineering standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with cloud-based systems.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect IVR development.
- Strong experience with AWS services Lambda, DynamoDB, APIs, and telephony concepts (IVR, SIP, PSTN, VoIP).
- Must work hybrid in Hyderabad office 2-3 days/week and be available for second shift (2 pm-11 pm IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing scalable, maintainable telephony automation platforms and integrations with Salesforce Service/Health Cloud.
- Proven builder mindset with emphasis on automation to reduce manual tasks and recurring operational issues.
- Capable of technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers while collaborating across Product, QA, and Operations teams.
