About This Role
- Own end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing suppliers, vendor management, and contract negotiations to optimize costs and supply chain efficiency.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Manage Admin, HR, IT, and Marketing expenditures and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of procurement/purchasing experience, preferably in a fast-paced Indian market environment.
- Strong knowledge of procurement principles, vendor and inventory management systems, and relevant procurement software.
- Understanding of local and national procurement laws and regulations.

- Experienced in strategic procurement with proven skills in negotiation, cost optimization, and supplier relationship management.
- Comfortable working in a competitive and fast-paced business environment with cross-functional collaboration.
