About This Role
- Own the production of regular management planning and financial reporting including headcount planning and complete P&L.
- Provide commercial insight by reconciling data, performing variance and root cause analysis on KPIs, and recommending corrective actions.
- Partner with operations to deliver timely financial reporting and support business development including pricing for new/existing services.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar finance business partner or controlling role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAP and internal reporting development is highly desired.
- Business fluent in English.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in a controlling function within Bosch or similar industrial/business environment is a plus.
- Strong commercial understanding and business acumen to influence operational decision-making.
- Experienced in dynamic environments requiring agility, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
