About This Role
- Design, develop, run support, and maintain RPA and Gen AI-enabled automation solutions to drive efficiency and operational scalability.
- Lead technical direction and delivery of Automation Anywhere A360 and Power Platform-based automation projects, ensuring successful implementation and post-deployment support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and geographies to embed automation within business processes, delivering measurable client financial benefits.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience with hands-on RPA development (Automation Anywhere A360, Power Platform) and Gen AI technologies including prompt engineering and LLM-based implementations.
- Experience in full SDLC for automation solutions including design, development, testing (UAT), incident/change management, and run support.
- On-site work location in Hyderabad, Telangana, India is mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: At least 5+ years with demonstrable delivery of automation and AI solutions in a global enterprise context.

- Technically proficient with strong design and problem-solving skills, capable of independently delivering complex RPA and Gen AI automation solutions.
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration in large, international organizations with a background in transformational technology delivery or top-tier consulting.
- Able to lead, mentor junior developers and influence stakeholders, combining technical depth with strategic vision and change management expertise.
