About This Role
- Lead end-to-end optimization and automation of client reporting business and delivery processes leveraging AI and data-driven solutions.
- Manage BAU client reporting operations ensuring accurate, timely report preparation and delivery aligned to business and client requirements.
- Drive governance, risk management, and change initiatives including solution design, UAT, and adoption using Agile/SAFe methodologies.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–6 years experience in Business Operations, Service Delivery, or Business Transformation within Fund Administration, Asset Management, or Investment Banking domain.
- Degree required in Engineering, Technology, Finance, or related field; MBA with Engineering background preferred.
- Practical knowledge of AI-enabled productivity tools like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate or similar technologies.
- Certification in Agile, SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.

- Techno-functional professional skilled in business process transformation and reporting solutions within financial services domain.
- Experienced in working across global, cross-functional teams with strong stakeholder and project management skills.
- Proficient in Agile/SAFe methodologies, UAT, and leveraging AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and delivery.
