About This Role
- Own end-to-end mainframe QA testing including test planning, test case preparation, execution, defect reporting, and regression testing for WGS applications.
- Lead quality audits and review testing artifacts to ensure compliance with software test lifecycle and quality standards.
- Collaborate with global onshore/offshore teams, handle technical issue resolution, update documentation, and maintain knowledge repositories.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical education.
- 5+ years of strong QA testing experience, especially in mainframe technologies (COBOL, DB2, JCL, SQL, CICS).
- Domain experience mandatory in Elevance Healthcare systems including Enrollment & Billing (WGS/ISG), Claims, Finance systems, and Customer portals.
- Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe Agile).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end mainframe testing with strong understanding of WGS applications and batch & online testing.
- Capable of independent work and leadership in QA initiatives across global teams, with good communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with automation testing (Selenium) and healthcare domain systems is an advantage.
