About This Role
- Design, write, and execute manual and automated test plans for Java-based services and their integration points, focusing on message-driven and data replication workflows.
- Validate complex asynchronous message workflows (JMS/ActiveMQ), data synchronization accuracy, and cross-system data consistency.
- Build and maintain automated regression suites covering API, integration, and data consistency test cases, plus maintain test environments mimicking production integration scenarios.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional QA/test engineering experience with backend or integration system testing, beyond just UI/manual testing.
- Hands-on experience testing message-oriented middleware (queues, topics, consumer flows, failure handling).
- Proficiency in SQL (Oracle preferred) for data verification, plus experience with API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured.
- Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative quality assurance development workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced validating complex, distributed enterprise supply chain and order management integrations with asynchronous event/message processing.
- Skilled at designing test strategies for message ordering, error handling, and data replication pipelines, with root cause analysis capability for data discrepancies.
- Familiar with both API and UI test automation tools, with practical knowledge of data consistency challenges in integration-centric environments.
