About This Role
- Manage daily quality operations for multimodal AI annotation projects, ensuring adherence to client standards and tight turnarounds.
- Lead and coordinate Senior QA Leads and QA Leads across shifts, set review priorities, sampling plans, and oversee audit and calibration processes.
- Track key quality metrics and drive corrective actions to resolve guideline issues, reporting performance insights to Quality Manager.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–7 years of total work experience including 2–3 years in QA or quality operations team leadership.
- Strong expertise in sampling, auditing, calibration, and root-cause analysis techniques.
- Experience in annotation, data labeling, or AI training data projects preferred but not mandatory.
- Remote work option from India; Work schedule requires 7am-4pm PST hours, five days a week including weekends with two weekdays off.

- Experienced in managing quality operations in AI training or annotation environments with focus on scalable QA processes.
- Comfortable leading multiple QA leads across shifts and engaging with stakeholders to resolve quality-related challenges.
- Able to analyze quality data and drive improvements aligned with client expectations under tight deadlines.
